to inspect the road to make sure it's
clean enough for the Queen, and as
usual it's never clean enough so,

they have to bring in the street cleaners
men & boys dump the water on the street

and after the water is dumped
then the women & girls

have to follow up with the brooms
and sweep the street clean for
the Queen

Then the color quard

and the army start the parade
